Painting and poetry in the Trullo neighborhood

Painting and poetry are two artistic expressions that often become a vehicle for the culture, traditions and values of a community, contributing to transmit its cultural heritage both through their form and content. Specifically, the Pittori Anonimi del Trullo (PAT) have changed the conformation and perception of an entire neighbourhood, colouring its buildings with drawings that talk about current events, desires and neighbourhood identity. Simultaneously, the Poeti Anonimi del Trullo has enriched their murals with poems and verses in a romanesque style that, in addition to engraving on the walls - passing it down - a characteristic expressive style, fill the streets with reflections, hopes and dreams.
